Shromona Dey

Counseling Psychologist & Social Media Head

Shromona Dey is a dedicated Counseling Psychologist and psychology faculty with a strong academic background in Psychology. She holds an M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology and a B.Sc. in Psychology, equipping her with deep theoretical knowledge and practical expertise in the field.

She is a professional member of several esteemed organizations, including the Clinical Psychology Society of India (CPSI), NIMHANS, and the Counsellors Council of India (CCI). Additionally, she is registered under the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions (NCAHP) Act, 2021, upholding high standards of ethical and professional mental healthcare.


Her clinical training includes extensive hands-on internships at institutions such as Antara Psychiatric Hospital, National Institute of Locomotor Disability along with impactful work as a School Psychologist Trainee in remote areas of the Sunderbans, which enhanced her skills in psychological understanding, assessments and therapeutic planning.


She is trained in various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Anxiety and Stress Management, and Tobacco Cessation through nationally and internationally recognized platforms.


Her research primarily focuses on mental health challenges among adolescents and adults, with special attention to issues such as emotional well-being, stress, body image perceptions among teenagers, and overall psychological resilience across life stages.


In addition to her clinical and academic contributions, she has served as a social media head, designing and organizing impactful mental health awareness content. Her work in this space helps educate diverse audiences and advocate for psychological well-being across communities.


She continues to advance mental healthcare through her multifaceted roles in clinical practice, teaching, research, and public engagement.




Uttara Das Chaudhuri

Counseling Psychologist & Research and Development Head

Uttara Das Chaudhuri is a passionate and dedicated mental health professional, currently training as a Counseling Psychologist and Research Assistant. She has a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from Amity University (Noida Campus), and is currently pursuing a PG Diploma in Disability Rehabilitation Management from Sahara Institute of Rehabilitation and Developmental Studies (affiliated to Osmania University). She brings a strong academic foundation in clinical, developmental, and rehabilitation psychology domains. 

Her journey into the world of psychology is marked by hands-on clinical experience at institutions like Antara Hospital and Anubhav Positive Psychology Clinic, where she has worked with diverse populations through therapeutic sessions, psycho-diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations. Uttara has also been an integral part of outreach programs, working closely with children from marginalized communities at Nari Niketan, Noida, promoting personal hygiene, emotional expression, and self-care through psycho-education and trauma-informed approaches.


A compassionate and grounded individual, Uttara believes in using an eclectic, evidence-based approach to therapy tailored to individual needs. She thrives in creating empathetic, non-judgmental spaces where clients can explore their mental health journeys. 


Beyond therapy, she has taken on impactful roles in program coordination and have been thoroughly prominent in psychological research by contributing to studies on social media’s influence on mental health, family dynamics during the pandemic, on ADHD population, along with the body image phenomenon among women.


A registered NCAHP Act, 2021, professional and an associate member of the Clinical Psychology Society of India (CPSI), Uttara is deeply committed to making mental health support more accessible, and her work continues to bridge clinical knowledge, research, and community outreach with a vision for holistic mental well-being.
