Scheduling your first appointment is straightforward. You can contact us directly by sending us a message on WhatsApp during our working hours, sending us an email, or filling out and submitting the inquiry form on our 'Contact Us' page. Our team will respond as quickly as possible to discuss your needs and find a suitable time for your initial consultation.
The first session is primarily an intake and consultation appointment. It's an opportunity for you to share your reasons for seeking support and for your psychologist to understand your concerns, background, and goals. We'll discuss confidentiality, answer your questions about the process (therapy, coaching, etc.), and collaboratively decide on the best way forward. It's a chance to ensure you feel comfortable and that we are a good fit for your needs.
Absolutely. Confidentiality is paramount in our practice. All information shared during your sessions is kept strictly private and protected according to professional ethical standards and legal requirements in India. We will explain the specific, rare exceptions to confidentiality (such as risk of harm to self or others or legal mandates) during your initial session so you are fully informed.
Our psychotherapy and counseling sessions typically have a duration of 45 minutes to 60 minutes.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide us with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than the required notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
